Description
This project consists of Superpave overlay, base replacement, milling, guiderail improvements, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for STATE ROUTE 1031, SECTION 009, in YORK COUNTY, MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, from Segment 0010 Offset 0000 to Segment 0020 Offset 0843, for an overall project length of 4,348 linear feet (0.82 miles).
