PA DB BRIDGE Business Reimbursement Initiative for Development, Growth, and Equity

The PA DB BRIDGE Reimbursement Program is for verified PennDOT Diverse Businesses who have been Business Partner Registered and are seeking reimbursement for approved business expenses.

Who is Eligible?

  • Qualified firms must be PennDOT Business Partner Registered
    (If not take the course and submit application)
  • Diverse owned Businesses who have 1 of the following active certifications:

Certifying Organizations:

National Minority Supplier Development Council
Women’s Business Enterprise National Council
Small Business Administration
Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert)
Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program
