The PA DB BRIDGE Reimbursement Program is for verified PennDOT Diverse Businesses who have been Business Partner Registered and are seeking reimbursement for approved business expenses.
Who is Eligible?
- Qualified firms must be Tier 3 or “Ready To Work” with PennDOT (Business Partner Registered, Contractor Prequalified, and Consultants Annual Consultant Qualifications Package with PennDOT’s Engineering and Construction Management System.
- Diverse-owned Businesses who have 1 of the following active certifications:
